Description

Ok so I tried a new layer/shading affect called the Fringe and this Oil painting coloring thing, im usually use to using watercolor to blend in for shading, but this approach, I guess was pretty cool too.

Suppose to be an Ice Dragon Master. Will name him later. =)


Also I was looking at Flight Rising's elemental/non dragon god art, got inspired. xD

I don't normally like straight dragon pictures. I usually go for more of the hybrid looking dragons. But this picture makes me rethink my likings. You did a great job on this picture.
