Joke story: Momma Y is chasing/pissed at X because he forgot to pick up the kids from pokemon school. (Friend suggested this LOL)
(I am not that well of a story writer as I use to be 5+ years ago, so this story might suck lol)

Real Story:
Darion (X male) met Sondra (Y Female) from a weird encounter with their groups trying to dominate the volcanic islands somewhere in Kalos region, Darion's group ran into Sondra's group and battled over food and territory, mostly Charmanders and Charmeleons.
The leaders lead the battles against dominating the island of Fire. During these conflicts, Darion became mildly impressed of Sondra's spunk and tough exterior for a female, which lead him to falling for her as things went on.
While Darion was flying one day, he soon discovered a cave on the island with crystals and rare stones in it growing out of the land. While the curiosity got the better of him, a member  of Sondra's group (a Charmeleon name Stone)  seen this and reported back to the leader, bringing her to he scene thanks to his help. They both eventually discovered a mega stone while wandering this deep cave, didn't know how to use them but the power of the stones pulsed with energy which was addictive, and attracted both of them to it without fail. They were both desperate to see what powers it unleashed for them; possible being a good outcome to dominating the island.
Didn't take too long for them to find eachother, as Darion was sleeping on a nearby cliff in the upper area of the caves. His stone sat closely beside him, which Sondra noticed and was puzzled at it being different than hers. "What the hell are you doing in MY CAVES" she huffed, whacking Darion with her tail, causing him to wince in pain.

"I was here first woman, if you gonna claim it, you better be read for a fight" he smirked. He actually wanted to screw around with her, as his fun was pissing her off rather than fighting her fully.

"Try to catch me first, slowass" he challenged her, flying off with his stone. This enraged Sondra, making her lift off in rage after him. From all the commotion, their stones glowed, sending waves of power into their bodies. Sondra transformed into a Mega Charizard Y, and him into a Mega Charizard X, she admitted his form was cooler...damn him. The crystals in the cave started glowing from reaction of their transforms, mainly from Sondra's drought ability. Some chipped from the cave ceilings, giving them both scars, but that didn't stop them! This turned into a race, though Sondra shot fire balls at him ans missed in the process, he just stuck his tongue out at her, enjoying it.

((((To make a long ass ending short: ))))) He won her heart, they became mates, make a truce, their groups became one of the island and they shared everything in harmony. Their stones made them super powerful King and Queen of the island. The end Dx
