This was based off the general Gengar and Clefable couple I drew some days ago: 



In this pic I drew, Gengar's an outlaw that has murdered many, everyone hated him, but one person. Who was a Clefable, they fell in love with eachother, ran away from it all, and got eachother! Gengar is overprotective of her. <3.
